Refund and Policies on workshops, hand made products,and gift certificates

Paypal and Banking Fees

In the event of granting any refunds no paypal fees or banking e transfer fees are refunded. 

Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are of no monetary value, they cannot be redeemed or exchanged for products. Gift certificates are redeemable only for the workshop purchased.  
All gift certificates are valid for 6 months after purchase. If for some unavoidable reason the workshops are not available during the 6 month period after purchase. Cuardach Farm will extend the valid period another 3 months. 
Gift Certificates and Policies regarding Re-booking of Workshops
 If at any time a workshop is paid for and missed by the participant. Payment will be honored for a future workshop 3 months after original date of workshop

Workshop refund policies:

30 days from workshop
Withdrawal by participant from any workshop 30 days or more prior to the workshop date. Refund will be the workshop fee minus any transaction fee costs such as paypal or banking (etransfer) fees.

15-29 days or less from workshop 
Withdrawing from  any workshop 15-29 days prior to the workshop date will be a refund of 50% of the workshop fee minus any transaction fee costs such as paypal or banking (etransfer) fees.

14 days or less from workshop 
There are no refunds when participants withdraw from the workshop with 14 days or less notice prior to the workshop. However any workshop can be taken within 3 months time at no extra charge. After 3 months and up to one year there will be 50% credit given for taking a workshop. After one year there is no credit given.

Re-booking of Workshops
If at any time a workshop is paid for and missed by the participant. No show/Cancellation at last minute  Workshop payment will be honored for a total of 3 months after original date of workshop.

It is my sincere desire that you will be very satisfied with all of your purchases. I will make every effort to provide top quality customer service. 

However, given the nature of  hand made products, I cannot accept returns or give refunds on handmade products.
