Cranberry sauce with maple and Orange

very easy to make

Enjoy!

2 12 ounce packages of fresh cranberries

1 cup cranberry juice/or cranberry cocktail

1 cup maple syrup

6 Tb orange juice

1 Tb orange zest

Bring to a boil, then simmer20-30 min. 

cool,

use a stick blender to slightly puree
